New Improved Space
We’re thrilled to announce that starting 29 January, the Alpine Adventures Tours and Souvenir Shop will undergo a renovation to enhance your experience and create a more inviting and functional space for all your vacation needs.
Here’s what’s coming:
• A new desk orientation to create a more welcoming entrance for our guests.
• Updated lighting, flooring, and retail displays to provide a fresh, modern look.
• Improved layouts designed to help us serve you better with tour bookings, lift tickets, and more.
During the renovation, we’ll temporarily relocate our services so you can still plan your adventures, purchase lift tickets and pick up souvenirs:
• From 29 – 31 January, visit the POINT Wellness Club for assistance with tour questions.
• Starting 1 February, visit us in the Voyager Room, located in the main lobby, for booking tours, reserving lift tickets, and shopping for keepsakes to remember your stay.

Dining Options During Restaurant Renovations
While we renovate Market Station and Pullman Cafe, our brand new Zuggy’s Base Camp located in the lower lobby will be your go-to spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Breakfast: Start your day with our delicious buffet, available daily from 0630 to 1030 hours, with an option for grab-and-go. Prices are $15.50 for adults and $7.50 for children.
• Lunch: Enjoy a rotating menu with either buffet or à la carte dining, depending on the day. Lunch is served from 1130 to 1330 hours.
• Dinner: Wrap up your day with a hearty meal, served from 1700 to 2200 hours. A la carte menu with pizza, steaks, salmon, wings, tacos and more!
During renovations, the Pullman Café will be located at the Point in the lower lobby, right next to the pool. It's the perfect spot to grab a drink before unwinding in the outdoor hot tub or enjoying our indoor pool.
Whether you’re looking for a caffeine boost or a quick bite, we’ve got you covered!
Open daily from 0630 to 2200, the café offers specialty coffee, pastries, sandwiches, breakfast bowls, and more.

Conference Access
During this renovation period, access to the conference center has been adjusted, and we want to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable experience navigating our property. To reach the conference center, please proceed to the Main Lobby, where clear signage directs you to the temporary conference hallway. The hallway is fully enclosed and protected from the elements, offering a safe and comfortable passage directly to the conference stairwell.
